Shayne Batterson Wiseman
Director of Barn Operations
Shayne, the Director of Barn Operations, is a highly experienced professional from Franktown, CO. She began riding at 4 years old and has been actively showing since 1986, excelling in Hunter/Jumpers and three-day eventing up to the Preliminary level. Shayne expanded her expertise by obtaining British Horse Society certifications in Spain and the UK, working with top trainers. She also trained with Olympic-level riders while living in Southern Pines, NC. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and extensive experience managing large equestrian facilities, Shayne excels in delivering exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and training for staff members.
Luke Wiseman
Ranch Foreman
Luke Wiseman, a true Colorado Native was born and raised in Elizabeth, CO. Luke spent his upbringing competing in ranch rodeo events becoming a knowledgeable horseman at heart. While ranching and horsemanship have been a lifelong passion for Luke he also brings with him many years of experience and expertise in maintaining ranch equipment and infrastructure. He excels in arena maintenance, dirt work and fencing, ensuring the ranch maintains its functionality and visual appeal. When Luke is not working he enjoys riding his horse Lulu and spending time with friends and family. Luke's attention to detail and dedication make him an invaluable asset as the Ranch Foreman at Weston Valley Ranch.
